SafeStamper Web is a service to certify the content published on a specific URL address at a certain date. It generates a document in PDF format, digitally signed and stamped using the technology of Safe Creative as trusted third party.

The certificate displays all visual information captured from the page, as well as its HTML information from the browser.

The same service also includes a service to certify navigation sessions on video, by connecting the user to a remote server which records the browsing session. Safe Stamper certifies the session in a time-stamped and digitally signed PDF, which includes all the information about the video and screen captures taken during the session.

Click on the "CERTIFY" button.

Select "Web".

Put the internet address you are going to certify in the central bar and then click on the "LAUNCH BROWSING SESSION" button.

You can save screenshots during navigation and a video of the whole browsing is generated, saved and certified.

Then you will see that the browsing session will start. It may take several minutes for the browser to fully start. Please wait. Do not close the window.

The maximum duration of the session is 30 minutes.

You can restart the session as many times as you need.
If you have to restart the session press the "RESTART" button at the top of the browser. The timer will reset to zero and no credit will be deducted from your account.

To cancel the session click the "CANCEL" button at the top of the browser. The credit will be returned to your account so that you can use it again at any time.

During the session, you can save snapshots of the screen at any time by clicking the top button indicating this. The snapshots you take will be included in the PDF certificate.

If you need to paste into the session what you have in the clipboard of your local computer click the leftmost button at the top of the browser.

To save the session data click the "SAVE" button at the top of the browser.

Once the session is finished and the data has been processed, the certificate will be generated. The screen will take you to "My certificates" where you will have to wait for the certificate to be generated.

From "Actions" you will be able to download tags, add notes, share or delete the saved navigation certificate.

What is Safe Stamper Browser? Stamper Browser is a service that allows you to record a certified video with sound of everything that happens during an Internet browsing session.

What is it used for? It's useful for providing evidence of activities like unauthorized content sharing, sending emails from web forms, and recording WhatsApp or Telegram conversations to defend against cyberbullying and harassment.

How can I record a WhatsApp conversation?

1. Go to SafeStamper.com, select "Certify" and then "Web".
2. Start a certified browsing session.
3. Open web.whatsapp.com in the remote browser.
4. Scan the QR code using the "WhatsApp Web" option in the mobile app.
5. Record the conversation from the web version.

How can I record a Telegram conversation?

3. Open web.telegram.org in the remote browser.
4. Enter your mobile number and country.
5. Record the conversation from the web version.

Can it be used on other social networks? Yes, you can use Safe Stamper Browser to record posts, conversations, and comments on social networks like Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, and others.

How can I obtain this evidence? Use the service before others delete the conversation or content you need to record.

Frequently, when attempting to certify a webpage while simultaneously browsing locally on your computer, Instagram (owned by Facebook) may block access as a security measure. This can hinder the proper execution of the certification process.

To address this issue, we have compiled a list of recommendations:

1- Prior to initiating certified browsing, it is advisable to investigate the specific URL in question. We recommend conducting this investigation from an incognito browsing window.
2- To avoid tracking by Instagram's parent company, Facebook, it is recommended to initiate browsing from a different server than the one used for regular searches. You can select alternate locations from the drop-down menu.



3- Always begin browsing from the main page of Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/
4- Utilize the "clipboard" feature to conveniently copy and paste the URLs of the specific posts or reels that you wish to certify.



By following these recommendations, you can enhance the effectiveness of the certified browsing process on Instagram.

If the URL of the specific page requires logging in to be displayed, the certification service won't be able to access any restricted information.

To certify content on a website with restricted access or webs that require human interaction to show specific contents, you can use SafeStamper Browser instead. 

Sometimes, due to the the way certain pages work and their code, we can’t certify the content just with a URL. Before you request a certificate, run a test at https://www.safestamper.com/web to see if the resulting .pdf will look good.

Once you’ve checked that all the content you need is on the .pdf, go to “Certify” and download your certified screenshot.

If it doesn’t show the content you need, we recommend you to launch a browsing session instead and capture it manually.

Sure, it does. Safe Stamper records and saves all information visualised and played during each navigation session, including songs, podcasts, videos, etc.

​​Each virtual navigation session disappears after you close the tab or window where it’s being executed. None of your data (usernames, passwords…) is stored.

Browsing sessions are launched from a virtual computer, where everything you do gets recorded. While browsing, you may not see or listen to everything perfectly, but that doesn’t mean there will be interferences in your final video. Check it by downloading and watching it after you finish. If there are any defects in your video, please contact us.

Some websites restrict the volume of queries they allow, or they block access to automated query systems such as the one used by Safe Stamper Web. This prevents the query system from accessing the content in order to certify it.
Whenever this may occur, Safe Stamper will inform you of its inability to access the content you wish to certify.

Safe Creative does not guarantee to be able to access and certify the contents of websites featuring systems that restrict queries, or that block certain query systems. 

Safe Stamper will calculate the fingerprint, hashes, of any file downloaded during the virtual browsing session. The fingerprint hash information for those files willl be included in the certificate. Since those files will be downloaded to the virtual computer and will not be accesible from there once the session is over, so you will need to also download them directly to your computer too in order to be able to later compare the hashes as being identical.
