To register a work as an organization:

Account Access: Log in to your Safe Creative account.
New Registration: Click on "New registration" and select the type of work (literary, audiovisual, etc.) and complete the title.
Permitted Uses: Indicate the desired rights reservation and the desired level of public information.
Authorship and Rights: Indicate if you are the "rights holder" of the work or registering for a client. If there are co-holders, add them specifying the corresponding percentage.
File Upload: Upload the file corresponding to the work. Formats such as PDF, DOC, MP3, JPG, among others, are accepted, with a maximum size of 2 GB per file.
Finish Registration: Review the information and confirm the registration to generate the corresponding certificates.

Registration Certificates with International Validity

Safe Creative offers three types of certificates to support the authorship and rights of registered works:

Work Registration Certificate: A technical document that proves the identity and integrity of the work through a triple identification system (SHA1, SHA256, and SHA512) and double time-stamping to guarantee the date and time of registration.
Registration Certificate: Provides a summary of the information registered in Safe Creative, including the registration code, title, author, registration date, and reserved rights.
Creative Process Certificate: Can be issued if creative pieces have been previously registered before the final registration of the work. This certificate collects all development materials of the work, such as sketches and drafts, dated and stamped, demonstrating the creative evolution of the work.

Technical Registration Evidence

Safe Creative offers technical evidence to confirm the date of possession of the work and the rights statements, which include:

The original work or its description and three digital fingerprints (SHA1, SHA256, SHA512) for identification.
Double time-stamping of the registration to verify the date and time of registration.
Documentation signed and stamped by Safe Creative reflecting the rights statements made by the user. This evidence is crucial for judicial or arbitration proceedings, providing irrefutable proof about the work and its associated rights.
