For the app to work properly your mobile phone must have a 4.0 version or higher if it’s an Android and an 8.2 version or higher if it’s an iOS. ​​

Before using the app for the first time you need to activate your Safe Stamper account. If you’re already a Safe Creative user, simply log in with your usual information on the Safe Stamper website.

Make sure the geolocation system of your phone is activated and you’re being positioned correctly. If you are at the bottom of a deep chasm (or in the Underworld), for instance, the app won’t work.

When you certify a video using Safe Stamper Camera, this one can't be sent to our website until your mobile device connects to a WiFi network.

Note: If you go to "Settings" on the Android version of the app, you can also activate sending videos using your phone's data connection. 

Once the device is connected to a network, the video is sent automatically.
When a video isn't on the website yet, you'll see a message saying "Video still not available" instead of "Download video". If you need the video right away and you can't find it on the site, you can see it directly or download it from the device that was used to record the certified video. 

This alert serves to guarantee that the location on the certificate issued by Safe Stamper Camera is authentic. 

It means that some of the apps on your Android device are using permissions to mock locations, or that a mock location app is installed. To use Safe Stamper Camera, you need to disable those permissions. 

• Click on the "Details" button on the error message to find out which app is causing the problem.
• You can usually fix this in the app's "Settings", or by uninstalling the app.
