Frequently asked questions

Audit and legal questions

Does it help prove the ADR requirement?

Certified notifications, with proof of receipt and date, fit the criterion that courts have been accepting to prove the attempt. The final assessment is up to the court.

What type of signature does it offer?

Advanced electronic signature under eIDAS, sufficient for most contracts, policies and consents. It is not a qualified signature, which is only required for specific procedures.

Can I prove that a document has not been altered?

Yes. By certifying its fingerprint with a certain date, you have proof that this exact document existed and was intact at that moment.

Can internal communications also be certified?

Yes. You can prove the sending and receipt of internal or third-party communications, with date and identity.

How valid is the evidence?

It is generated with a qualified eIDAS timestamp and a blockchain audit. Its assessment is up to the body that analyses it. It does not constitute legal advice.
