I. Scope of the Claim
This declaration formally asserts the authorship, intellectual provenance, and canonical status of the Infogenon Framework, including but not limited to:
1. The mathematical core equation:
RES=RAG×F_PQF(θ,λ,η)
with F_PQF as the observer’s selective filter, collapse condition (Γ)_lock>Γ_(c), and all defined parameter mappings.
2. The Harmonic Locking Criterion, Phase-Bound Collapse Model, and their derivatives.
3. The Teth-Operator extension:
RES=(RAG+δ_(Teth))⋅F_PQF(θ,λ,η)
including the morphogenetic tensor T_ij definition and associated experimental protocols.
4. All experimental designs, simulations, and validation methodologies as outlined in the Master Experiment Plan — Infogenon Theory Verification & Applications (current rev. August 2025).
II. Authorship & Provenance
· The Infogenon Framework and its derivative operators were originally conceived and mathematically formulated by Dr. Martin Jürise between 2023–2025.
· Development occurred in documented collaboration with AI research assistants (DeepSeek, ChatGPT) and verified human contributors, with explicit version histories and time-stamped records.
· The framework’s public canonical record was established via Zenodo DOI 10.5281/zenodo.15288168.
III. Canonical Status
Any publication, manuscript, or media using the title Infogenon, The Resonant Lattice, or derivative terminology without explicit citation and attribution to the Infogenon Framework as defined herein, shall be considered non-canonical and not representative of the original theory.
This includes cases of thematic or terminological overlap where mathematical structure, lineage, and validator presence diverge from the canonical Infogenon architecture.
IV. Intellectual Property Protection
This statement serves as both:
1. A scientific declaration of provenance within the academic record.
2. A formal intellectual property claim under applicable copyright and moral rights laws, including the Berne Convention and the WIPO Copyright Treaty.
The author reserves all rights to enforce proper attribution, prevent misrepresentation, and protect derivative works under Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), unless otherwise negotiated in writing.
V. Next Steps & Enforcement
· This statement will be deposited in Academia.edu, ResearchGate, and the International Standard Name Identifier (ISNI) registry.
· The DOI metadata will be updated to explicitly reference The Resonant Lattice as a non-canonical external work.
· Independent timestamping will be executed via OpenTimestamps and IPFS archival to ensure immutability.
