En el Barrio Chino de Perú, Cheng, un adolescente sino-peruano, lucha con su identidad tras la muerte de su madre. Leugo de una discusión con su padre, es transportado mágicamente a un antiguo pueblo chino. Con ayuda de Hua, un león guardían, se enfrenta a un espiritu oscuro y descubre la fuerza de su herencia cultural. Aceptando sus dos identidades, regresa a casa y se reconcilia con su padre.

SINGULARITIES is an animated series where Science Fiction, Horror and the Paranormal take place on the threshold of the human transformation. Where people learn what it means to be human, while changing their lives through technological development and supernatural events. Pushing the envelope of the unknown and inviting the audience to think about conscience, and human destiny. The self contained episodes explores the spectrum of our existence, and the choices men have to make in order to succeed in the rapid technological evolution. Ten episodes per season with an approximate duration of 20 min per episode. Each episode will be developed with their own visual style and technique. There are two common elements across all episodes, the Atarashii Kodama Corporation, as an omnipresent technological force, and the ALICE 616 supercomputer as an observer. These criteria will be extended to the rest of the seasons, and it will become the show' s narrative signature. SINGULARITIES It's a mix in tone of THE TWILIGHT ZONE, HEAVY METAL, BLACK MIRROR and LOVE, DEATH & ROBOTS, with the visual punch of AKIRA and GHOST IN THE SHELL. All the stories are envisioned with the energy and cinematic action, accommodated with elaborate and carefully designed elements of a psychological thriller, for the most intellectually demanding audience, in the vein of Lovecraft, Asimov, Philip K. Dick, Arthur C. Clark or Stephen King. It is Darwinism o:f the Digital Age.
