¿Qué estaría dispuesta a hacer una sociedad atea para recibir a la muerte sin miedo? En un futuro no muy lejano, en nuestro país las personas ya no creen en nada. Las iglesias se han reconvertido en oficinas, bancos o centros culturales. Ya no se celebran comuniones, puesto que ya no queda ninguna abuela devota a la que tener que contentar. Sin embargo, la muerte sigue siendo una gran desconocida y algo que mucha gente todavía tiene miedo de afrontar. Nuestra protagonista, Rosa, es una de ellas. Tiene 70 años, una enfermedad terminal y teme a la muerte. Como consecuencia, varias empresas han encontrado en personas como ella una oportunidad de mercado. Su objetivo es ofrecer a sus clientes un viaje psicotrópico en el que les harán creer en una religión. El cliente escoge la religión que desean creer, y luego la empresa se encarga del resto. Rosa ha acudido a “Creyente” para comprar uno de sus “pack de experiencia”. El espectador la acompañará en su viaje, empatizará y sufrirá con ella, y al final entenderá que la situación tan turbia y un tanto aterradora que ha vivido, en realidad la ha escogido ella misma. El cortometraje explora los límites éticos que sobrepasan las corporativas para lucrarse de las preocupaciones de la población, y cómo a veces preferimos mentirnos a nosotros mismos. Porque la mentira es reconfortante y la realidad, en cambio, aterradora. Y por supuesto, la pregunta más importante: ¿Tú lo harías?

The city was previously known as Hathian, which was plagued by crime, but people lived normal lives with jobs and food on the table. 53 years ago, a doctor conducted DNA experiments in an attempt to create superhumans who never age or die. Powerful individuals in the government funded this project, leading to the creation of human hybrids with enhanced intelligence. Rumors suggest that alien DNA was used in the experiments, resulting in advanced technology like antigravity cars and powerful weaponry. However, a virus created for physical enhancement went awry, turning people into monsters. Professor Logan from the MCA reveals that the monsters are victims of the original hybrids who continue to experiment on innocent people, converting them into hybrids. A group called SH (Save Humans) opposes further experiments and builds a time travel machine to prevent the chaos. Another group, MONDO, destroys the city upon discovering the time machine. The SH group plans to travel back in time to stop the experiments and end the crisis. Hybrids exhibit violent and sexual instincts, impregnating women with monstrous offspring. The survivors in the city hunt down monsters and search for the time machine.
