The story begins in a place called Everwinter in the year 2077 where monsters have invaded the city. The situation is controlled by the police and independent groups like the Monster Control Association (MCA), where private individuals and businesses call for help to deal with the monsters quickly. The city was previously known as Hathian, which was plagued by crime, but people lived normal lives with jobs and food on the table.

53 years ago, a doctor conducted DNA experiments in an attempt to create superhumans who never age or die. Powerful individuals in the government funded this project, leading to the creation of human hybrids with enhanced intelligence. Rumors suggest that alien DNA was used in the experiments, resulting in advanced technology like antigravity cars and powerful weaponry. However, a virus created for physical enhancement went awry, turning people into monsters.

Professor Logan from the MCA reveals that the monsters are victims of the original hybrids who continue to experiment on innocent people, converting them into hybrids. A group called SH (Save Humans) opposes further experiments and builds a time travel machine to prevent the chaos. Another group, MONDO, destroys the city upon discovering the time machine.
The SH group plans to travel back in time to stop the experiments and end the crisis.

Hybrids exhibit violent and sexual instincts, impregnating women with monstrous offspring. The survivors in the city hunt down monsters and search for the time machine.

While all this is happening, Professor Logan is working with her mother at the hospital, investigating more and meeting her. Charlie is stealing all the investigation papers from Dr. Peter Neubauer's office.

In the end, it is not possible for the father to be killed by a person from the future, as it can cause a butterfly effect. The time machine can never exist, and all the chronicles can be damaged. Professor Logan, Dr. Marie Curie, Charlie, and his girlfriend join Dr. Peter's kidnappers.
They are shocked when Charlie brings a girl from the past, but Charlie trusts her and has a plan. He gives her all the investigation documents and explains that after Dr. Marie Curie kills Dr. Peter, she will be very confused as Professor Logan will disappear from her memories.

Then the mother of Professor Dr. Marie Curie kills the doctor after the future travelers explain the situation. Monet and Kara disappear after Dr. Marie Curie kills Dr. Peter, and Professor Logan disappears while hugging his mother. Charlie and his girlfriend also hug, and then Charlie disappears.

Charlie's girlfriend stays with Dr. Marie Curie, who is in panic and confusion, and helps her clean the crime scene so Dr. Marie Curie doesn't go to jail. She also explains all the situations to her, shows the documents, etc.

In the new 2077, Monet and Kara cross paths without recognizing each other as they meet at the MCA. Monet goes to the university, and a new professor named Logan, who is actually Dr. Marie Curie's son, takes over at the school. Charlie becomes an important lawyer.

The film concludes with a scene hinting at a new beginning, with Professor Logan continuing his mother's legacy by experimenting for cancer solutions, Kara getting married, and Monet graduating from the police school. Charlie, in an elegant suit, walks to a big building.

The film ends when an old lady sees Charlie on the street and screams his name. In a butterfly effect, Kara, Monet, and the Professor are also there on the same street. The old lady starts saying the names of everyone, and they get curious and get close to the old lady. The lady starts to tell a crazy story to them... she was Charlie's girlfriend...
