El principal oficial de policía "Gotti" y su presidente reelecto y suegro "Anchorena" buscan capturar a un criminal de mucha influencia y poder llamado "Dradev". A medida que tratan de atraparlo se dan cuenta que él está un paso más adelante. Hasta que el mismo Dradev va a la principal comisaría para secuestrar al protagonista Gotti. Todo esto para contar en televisión abierta que Anchorena y él (Dradev), hacían multimillonarios negocios con la venta de armas, drogas y tráfico de personas. Esto con el objetivo de que la misma sociedad se encargue de darle un castigo correspondiente a su "líder". Al quedarse en privado con Gotti, Dradev le confiesa el motivo por el que cortó lazos con Anchorena... Él(Gotti). Dradev le cuenta como su madre fue asesinada por un policía hace 20 años para silenciarla, con el objetivo de que no haga pública la identidad del padre de su hijo, el cual era el tan afamado Gotti. Una vez contado su secreto Dradev mata de forma lenta y elegante a su padre (Gotti), mientras la casa presidencial es incendiada por el pueblo con su máximo exponente adentro (Anchorena).
