The Extinction Movie drama resume The story begins in a place called Everwinter in the year 2077 where monsters have invaded the city. The city was previously known as Hathian, which was plagued by crime, but people lived normal lives with jobs and food on the table. 53 years ago, a doctor conducted DNA experiments in an attempt to create superhumans who never age or die. Powerful individuals in the government funded this project, leading to the creation of human hybrids with enhanced intelligence. Rumors suggest that alien DNA was used in the experiments, resulting in advanced technology like antigravity cars and powerful weaponry. However, a virus created for physical enhancement went awry, turning people into monsters. Professor Logan from the MCA reveals that the monsters are victims of the original hybrids who continue to experiment on innocent people, converting them into hybrids. A group called SH (Save Humans) opposes further experiments and builds a time travel machine to prevent the chaos. Another group, MONDO, destroys the city upon discovering the time machine.
