About the work
The work consists of a detachable decorative accessory designed for attachment to over-ear headphones through a central curved clamping structure adapted to secure onto the external side area of the headphone assembly without permanent modification.
The accessory is composed of a symmetrical pair of layered luna moth-inspired wing structures positioned laterally on each side of the central attachment assembly. Each wing structure features elongated upper wing elements rendered in pink, magenta, coral, and red gradient coloration combined with iridescent reflective effects and embedded ornamental vein-like illustrations distributed throughout the composition. The wings incorporate elongated curved lower tail-like projections inspired by moth anatomy, creating a sculptural three-dimensional fantasy-inspired appearance.
Positioned within the center of each principal wing formation are smaller layered translucent wing elements featuring darker pink and violet coloration combined with black ornamental vein detailing and reflective internal effects. The layered arrangement creates depth and a multi-dimensional ornamental composition surrounding the central attachment structure.
The wing formations further include elongated pointed contours, curved sculptural extensions, and embedded decorative surface artwork integrated throughout the translucent wing surfaces. Suspended from one lateral wing extension is an articulated dangling ornament consisting of a green crystal-like pendant attached through a metallic micro-chain connector.
The central attachment structure is formed by a curved metallic clamping element integrated into the ornamental composition while preserving the detachable functionality of the accessory.
The overall composition combines translucent resin-like materials, iridescent fantasy-inspired finishes, layered luna moth-inspired wing architecture, articulated suspended ornamentation, and symmetrical sculptural forms to create a detachable decorative fashion accessory intended for aesthetic customization of headphones. All wing illustrations, ornamental markings, internal vein patterns, fantasy-inspired motifs, and decorative surface artwork incorporated into the wing structures are original artistic expressions created by the author and constitute integral protected elements of the overall design composition. The visual identity of the work is defined by the specific arrangement of the layered luna moth-inspired wing formations, elongated tail-like projections, embedded translucent inner wing structures, suspended crystal-like ornament, curved clamping structure, and the balanced symmetrical composition of all decorative elements.
