In the event of a tie, a Penalty Round is held at the center of the circle, where each fighter executes one lateral flat-palm strike; Top Cat is not allowed. Deliberate evasion or falling results in automatic loss, while natural body movement during attack is permitted. The referee has full authority to supervise, start and stop the match, administer warnings or disqualifications, count falls (12-second recovery), coordinate with medical personnel, and ensure all equipment and safety measures are in place.
