About the work

This book stems from that everyday conflict: the distance that sometimes grows between parents and children when love doesn't know how to express itself. I'm not trying to offer solutions; I want to create a space for reflection and connection. Here, parents can understand that teenagers aren't enemies; they're learning to become individuals. And children will discover that behind every limit, piece of advice, or concern, there's a love that seeks to protect them, even if it sometimes falls short in its approach.
We'll talk about emotions, about the moments when words go unspoken, and about the words that sometimes hurt but also heal. We'll discuss how rebellion can be a search for identity and how parents also need to heal their own wounds in order to offer calm support.
