About the work
This report aims to introduce a new service for companies with Information Technology Departments and high complexity environments. It will explain in high level what is the new service being offered, Quick Target Operating Model as a Service, which is a new way of working introduced to Clients. QTOM will demand a new organisational structure in ACME, and new ways to evaluate the market.
The report is composed of an Introduction, Conventions, the explanation of what QTOM is in a certain level of detail, the Timeline to create and launch it, Go-to-Market Strategy, Budget Planning, PESTLE-SWOT Analysis, and a VUCA Analysis. It introduces a new method to support Vuca and Blue Ocean called Patterns and Predictions. Finally, it is presented the Conclusion, which is based on the main conclusion and two additional conclusions.
