تتناول هذه اللائحة الأكاديمية برنامج "إعداد المعلم الرقمي في رياض الأطفال باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي"، والمخصص لمنح درجة البكالوريوس بنظام الساعات المعتمدة، بما يتوافق مع المعايير الأكاديمية المصرية والأوروبية الحديثة.
تتضمن اللائحة الأهداف العامة، ونواتج التعلم، وهيكل البرنامج، وتوصيف المقررات الدراسية، ونظام التقييم، وشروط القبول، وآليات التخرج. كما تنظم اللائحة الأحكام التنفيذية للبرنامج، مثل شروط الانتقال بين المستويات، نظام مرتبة الشرف، حالات الرسوب والتعثر الأكاديمي، العبء الدراسي، التعليم المدمج، النظام التأديبي، والإطار القانوني المرجعي.

This academic bylaw outlines the structure and regulations of the Bachelor's Program titled "Preparing the Digital Kindergarten Teacher Using Artificial Intelligence". The program follows a credit-hour system and adheres to both Egyptian and European academic standards.
The bylaw covers the general goals, learning outcomes, curriculum structure, course descriptions, assessment methods, admission criteria, and graduation requirements. It also includes regulatory provisions such as level progression, honors classification, failure and academic probation, study load, blended learning, disciplinary system, and the legal framework.
This program is designed to align with the global shift towards digital education, aiming to prepare early childhood educators with advanced technological and pedagogical skills suitable for the era of artificial intelligence.
