In each episode of this reality series, a recently retired athlete partners with a professional stylist for a fashion makeover. Having spent their careers in uniforms, these public figures are now stepping into new professional roles (in media, business, advocacy, coaching, etc.) and need help reshaping their personal image.
Guided by an expert, the athlete navigates fittings, closet reveals, styling challenges, and real-world wardrobe tests like investor meetings or on-camera appearances. From finding pants for a 2-meter-tall frame to convincing them to ditch the lucky cap, each journey is full of humor, heart, and surprising obstacles.
More than a glow-up, The Fashion Team explores identity, reinvention, and confidence. Each episode culminates in a symbolic “Tunnel Walk to Catwalk”, a stylish reveal that reflects both internal growth and external transformation.
