About the work
dingueries d'âme is a poetic and illustrated manuscript of 100 pages that describes the experience of depression. The collection is composed of an exchange of poetic texts with a psychotherapist and symbolizes a path of healing. The author (myself) goes through various emotions, such as sadness, anger, despair and the desire to die, among others.
Medication is also addressed. Several taboos related to the mentally ill are discussed.
The manuscript ends with a poetic text proposed by Ariella Machado, my psychologist.

Le recueil est composé d'un échange de textes poétiques avec une psychothérapeute et symbolise un chemin de guérison. L'auteure (moi-même) traverse diverses émotions, telles que la tristesse, la colère, le désespoir et l'envie de mourir, entre autre.
La médication est elle aussi abordée. Plusieurs tabous en lien avec la malade mentale sont abordés.
Le manuscrit se termine par un texte poétique proposé par Ariella Machado, ma psychologue.
