About the work

ABSTRACT
The growing popularization of generative artificial intelligence raises urgent challenges regarding traceability, authorship, ethics, and validation of produced content. This article proposes a technical and regulatory model for the certification of AI prompts, inspired by consolidated systems such as DOI and ISO standards, aiming to ensure authenticity, transparency, and accountability for generated content. The study analyzes the risks of intellectual disempowerment and low critical comprehension, suggesting the creation of national norms (a “Brazilian ABNT for prompts”) and validation flows anchored in accredited bodies. The proposal seeks to align creative freedom with verifiable ethical standards, fostering a new ecosystem of trust between technology, society, and the State.
