- Laurens Maas Gerssen p/k/a Lawrence Mace, individually and via his entities LMX Music Group / Lawrence
Mace Productions 33.34%

- Paul Richard Holliman p/k/a Paul Holliman 33.33%

- Emma Foster p/k/a Emma Foster 33.33%

We hereby declare that we own the underlying composition, production (and instrumental recordings), lyrics, mix and master of work Sinner

Ownership of the Master & Publishing rights of this work shall continue to be recognized equally among the parties, but the administrative rights for
synchronization licensing shall remain solely with Laurens Maas Gerssen via LMX Music Group /
Lawrence Mace Productions and any future platform owned or operated by Laurens Maas Gerssen

All other writers are permitted to informally pitch or recommend the song "Sinner" within their personal
networks, provided this is notified beforehand to LMX Music Group / Lawrence Mace Productions. In the case of
any resulting inquiries or licensing opportunities, the writers will check in with LMX Music Group for any formal
negotiation and approvals, to avoid situations such as double pitching, and to maintain a clear one-stop point of contact
for this work.

Any use of the Master, stems, vocals, instrumentals, or any part or derivative of the song "Sinner" shall be considered a
licensed use, and all parties shall receive their agreed share of revenues, regardless of the type of use, consistent with
the royalty split set out in this copyright
