About the work

Stanley Kinsley used to be blind. He had been for over fifty years and had been quite alright without a pair of functioning eyes. Except, of course, when he was run over by a truck as he was crossing the street that he did not see coming in his way.
As the insurance company worker nicely said, he needed to take reasonable precautions to avoid that costly incident again. As he gave the settlement fine, he had no other option but to have a guide dog for the first time.
He thought he was lucky to have a son like Dr. Mark, so he was eager to give him a good dog—the best dog in the world, scientifically proven at least. It's not like he will take the chance to use the whole thing for his thesis investigation after all!
Made from selective breeding from the canine inhabitants of the Chornobyl exclusion zone and with an IQ that any human would envy, Grigori is so happy to be his dog and to prove himself with the title that he will do anything and he means anything to prove how good he can be.
Stanley, though, would never have guessed that having the best dog in the world could be so terrifying at first.
