After losing his family in a bank robbery shoot-out, the outlaw recovery agent takes the law into his own hands. He tracks down and kills those responsible for their dreaded crimes and takes it upon himself to rid the West of similar outlaws of reckless blood.
When Charlie Walnuts shows up on the scene, the citizens of Tucson, Arizona, are horrified. As an agent of the law, he is a wicked man with the right to do what he wants. He is eviler than they ever imagined.
Female robbers strike yet another bank. They had their sights high on a large payroll shipment. Two women and four men put the Wells Fargo Bank into a tailspin as they targeted their entities for revenge.
