In this book, you will find four menus and four shopping lists containing weeknight dinner ideas for you and your loved ones.
Each of the ideas can be carried out without gluten and lactose, and any protein can be replaced with a vegetarian alternative. Each of these ideas takes anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 minutes to execute.
Receipts are there as well, should you need them.
Every idea contains hero, an ingredient beneficial to your health, which I refer to as the hero of your dinner.
