About the work
Al cumplir 18 años, Victoria, una joven huérfana, debe dejar el orfanato que ha sido su mundo desde que tiene memoria. Sola y armada con un talento para crear rimas y rapear, Victoria deberá enfrentarse a un mundo nuevo y desconocido en donde deberá ganarse un lugar para salir adelante.
Ayudada por Benjamin, un joven con el que compartió varios años en el orfanato y Fernanda; la encargada del orfanato, quien ha sido para ella lo más cercano a una madre, Victoria logra conseguir su primer trabajo, como ayudante en una fábrica, al tiempo que inicia sus estudios en la universidad, otro de sus grandes sueños.
En esta conmovedora historia acompañaremos a Victoria a recorrer el universo de la adolescencia, de alegrías y tristezas y junto a ella, buscaremos construir algo positivo de esta gran etapa, rompiendo estereotipos y demostrándole a la juventud, que su viaje apenas empieza.
On her 18th birthday, Victoria, a young orphan, must leave the orphanage that has been her world for as long as she can remember. Alone and armed with a talent for rhyming and rapping, Victoria must face a new and unfamiliar world in which she must earn her way to succeed.
Helped by Benjamin, a young man with whom she shared several years at the orphanage, and Fernanda, the orphanage caretaker, the closest thing to a mother for her, Victoria manages to get her first job as an assistant in a factory while she starts college, another of her big dreams.
In this moving story we will follow Victoria through the world of adolescence into adulthood, a tough rite of passage filled with joys and sorrows, and together, we will try to build something positive out of this great phase, breaking stereotypes and showing her that she is not a teenager, but a woman.
