Compilación de los 52 emails motivacionales, escritos en lengua inglesa, enviados cada viernes desde el inicio del lockdown en Europa (16 marzo 2020 hasta el 26 marzo 2021) a los +200 profesionales del departamento de Medical Affairs Oncology de Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson de todos los países de Europa, Oriente Medio y África, con el ánimo de contribuir a fomentar la resiliencia y superación psicológica, personal y profesional, de los efectos devastadores del confinamiento y del drama del COVID19 en nuestras vidas y las de nuestros pacientes.

This humble logbook compiles the series of weekly Friday- 52 inspirational letters that I sent in email format to my Janssen Medical Affairs colleagues- the warriors against cancer- spread all over Europe, Middle East & Africa, as the Leader of Oncology Medical Affairs at Janssen Pharmaceutical companies of Johnson & Johnson, from March 16th, 2020, right after the radical install of the lockdown in Europe, till 26th March 2021, right before leaving JnJ.
The 52 Friday letters- Per Aspera Ad Astra- became an oasis for all of us, the more than 200 warriors fighting against cancer from the Pharma Industry side, in our journey through the dessert of confinement and lack of physical interaction.
Per Aspera ad Astra letters kept us bound, resilient and even closer than we ever were before the lockdown, during these critical 52 weeks.
Per Aspera Ad Astra Friday letters sewed our souls to sail together through the solitude and devastation of the pandemic dark, troubled waters, and became rear wind pushing us to reach our destination in life and as professionals.
Per Aspera Ad Astra letters gave us hope, courage and determination.
To not forget who we are and what our purpose is.
Despite of adversity and against all odds.
For our cancer patients. For our families. For our mission. For ourselves.
To all patients and families fighting cancer every day.
To the true warriors fighting for them from the Pharma Industry and the clinical practice & research side.
