ABSTRACT
The purpose of this report is to capture a highly debated and controversial topic, which is euthanasia. Which is defined as the process of acceleration of the death of a patient who is in a critical, terminal and incurable state. The Hippocratic Oath, Politics, Ethics. The Catholic Church, and on the "Doctors", a criminal legal situation, which demarcates their actions in general. A true struggle seen as the appropriation of having human life, for some, and for others, a recognition of the autonomy of being able to decide on their own life in terms that the victim is exposed to intolerable suffering and without a reversible diagnosis in the face of a terminal illness and incurable.
The important advances in recent years in medical practice, the opinion of "Bioethicists" and taking into consideration "Comparative Law", driven by unprecedented scientific and technological progress. A scenario in debate because currently in our law it is considered homicide, there is only one bill that is currently being discussed. The methodology used will be the analytical, dialectical and comparative method. And the presentation of results will be seen in the final conclusions.

El presente informe tiene por objeto plasmar un tema muy discutido y de mucha controversia, que es la eutanasia. El cuál se define como el proceso de aceleración de la muerte de un paciente que se encuentra en un estado crítico, terminal e incurable. El Juramento Hipocrático, Política, Ética. La Iglesia Católica, y sobre todo los “Médicos”, una situación jurídico penal, que demarca su actuación en general. Una verdadera pugna vista como la apropiación de disponer de la vida humana, para unos, y para otros un reconocimiento a la autonomía de poder decidir sobre la propia vida en términos que la víctima sea expuesta a sufrimientos intolerables y sin diagnóstico reversible ante una enfermedad terminal e incurable.
Los importantes avances en los últimos años en la práctica médica, la opinión de los “Bioeticistas” y tomando en consideración el “Derecho comparado”, impulsadas por el adelanto de un progreso científico y tecnológico sin precedentes. Un escenario en debate, pues actualmente en nuestra Ley es considerado homicidio, solo existe un proyecto de Ley que en la actualidad se discute. La metodología empleada será el método, analítico, dialéctico y comparativo. Y la presentación de resultados se verá en las conclusiones finales.
