About the work
After stumbling into her estranged father's funeral by mistake, the Drug Squad ask bumbling policewoman Jodie Partridge to go undercover and befriend her actual
half-sister, Charmaine Walker - a glitzy, Essex housewife who is married to the mob. They hope to bring down Jimmy Somerville - a loan shark, drug-dealer and murderer. The problem with this plan is that Charmaine had no clue that her husband Tony was dealing drugs for Jimmy until now. She was also blissfully unaware that he has cheated on her with half of Essex and that her eldest son is about to join Jimmy and Tony in the “family business".
Jodie is in danger of becoming Jimmy’s next carcass when he catches on that she’s an
undercover cop. The sisters have to overcome their differences and work together to protect their family.
