After experiencing hell on earth, Leah Jäger is finally back on the right road. Trying to go back to normal, she divides her life between restoring musical instruments, her annoyingly amazing friends, and her role as a singer in a metal band.
Everything seems to be going by the plan until she meets Søren Wolff, a famous metalhead. A man of many talents and a past he'd rather keep buried deep down.
Hundreds of miles separate them but the moment their eyes meet for the first time, unexpected sensations make their worlds collide. Afraid of the things he makes her feel, she pushes him away but passion and desire have rules of their own.
With an uncontrollable attraction burning from within, their friendship turns into romance but demons from the past hover over them, forcing them to decide if they're ready to open old, painful wounds or if otherwise, they should walk away to keep hiding their scars.
