canSER tells the story of how cancer, beyond being a disease, became an awakening of consciousness for Sarah; and how through the small processes that she went through during this challenge she was able to awaken and embark on a journey towards self-discovery that brought her closer to her true Self.
Cancer allowed her to realize the power that emotions have with the personality and how the misuse of them creates imbalance in our body; Sarah moved back to her childhood to recognize how her childhood traumas were directly related to the patterns of her adulthood and to show us how we can navigate our processes.
The intention of canSER is that we understand the dynamics of our emotions, the causality of our connections with other people, the limitless power that we keep within us and how from our uniqueness we can learn to reprogram ourselves.
You will be able to learn easy and practical tools that allow us to heal as therapies, meditations and food; to optimize the relationship on an emotional level with ourselves and create balance with our body.
