gay is the very journey of self-discovery of a gay teen, Alberto Ramos. It follows Alberto's first book, eighteen, and belongs to the eighteen series. It is divided into two chapters, coming out and coming in, and each deals with a very different perspective of what it is to be gay. This work of contemporary poetry is not only written by Alberto Ramos Vicario; he also illustrated it himself. All the texts and drawings, including those of the design of the book, have been created and drawn by Alberto Ramos Vicario.
