Resumen:
[Introducción]: Las probabilidades de alcanzar las cuotas de reducción de emisiones de CO2 son desalentadoras, el ritmo de desaparición de selvas equivalen a dos veces el territorio de Costa Rica al año y el aire en la mayoría de las urbes está contaminado, una de cada ocho muertes en el mundo es producto de la contaminación atmosférica, [Objetivos]: Desarrollar Sistema de Premios y Sanciones para la Calidad del Aire. [Metodología]: se evaluó la situación de la calidad del aire y las medidas correctivas acertadas para su consecución, entre las que destacaron: las naciones que lograron mayores reducciones fueron aquellas que implementaron impuestos a las toneladas de CO2 emitidas y planificaron la integración de árboles en ciudades y la conservación de selvas y bosques que emiten considerables cantidades de oxígeno y absorben toneladas de CO2. [Resultados]: Se determinó que para lograr la calidad del aire se deben combinar estas dos acciones, los premios y las sanciones. La premiación de la conservación de hectáreas de bosques, selvas y árboles en urbes monetizando el valor de toneladas de absorción de CO2 y de emisiones de oxígeno y la sanción con tasas de impuestos a las emisiones de C02, lo recaudado servirá para premiar la conservación del medio ambiente y financiar la transición a energías limpias y ciudades neutras de carbono. [Conclusiones]: Esto contribuiría a la conservación de recursos naturales, una mejora de la calidad del aire y a la solución del cambio climático. Hará crecer dinero de los árboles para que dispongamos de aire respirable.

Abstract
[Introduction]: The probabilities of achieving CO2 emission reduction quotas are discouraging, the rhythm of shutters of the jungles equals twice the territory of Costa Rica per year and the air in most of the cities is contaminated, one in eight deaths in the world is the product of air pollution, [Objective]: developing Prizes and Sanctions System for Air Quality. [Methodology]: The situation of air quality and the corrective measures for their achievement were evaluated, among which they stressed: the nations that achieved greater reductions were those that implemented taxes to the tons of CO2 issued, the integration of trees in cities and the conservation of jungles and forests that issue considerable amounts of oxygen and absorb tons of CO2. [Results]: It was determined that to achieve the quality of the air, these two actions must be combined, the prizes and sanctions. The award of the conservation of hectares of forests, jungles and trees in cities mustrizing the value of tons of absorption of CO2 and emissions of oxygen and the sanction with tax rates to the C02 emissions, which collected it will serve to reward the conservation of the environment and finance the transition to clean energy and neutral cities of carbon. [Conclusions]: This would contribute to the conservation of natural resources, an improvement of air quality and the solution of climate change. It will grow money from the trees for us to have breathable air.
