Resumen
La evaluación de la situación de lo impredecible de climas extremos y los tiempos meteorológicos en el libro Plan I El Clima, concluyó que es necesario el desarrollo de un Sistema de Predicción del Clima y para ser 100% eficaz, los factores a considerar son todos los elementos de la naturaleza del planeta y del universo que le rodea, monitorearlos nos permitiría predecir sucesos atmosféricos, terremotos, erupciones volcánicas y ser utilizado como un Simulador Planetario que nos facilitará efectuar simulaciones climáticas ante distintas situaciones para determinar acciones eficaces para la solución al cambio climático y gestionar los recursos naturales para la sostenibilidad de la vida en el planeta.
The evaluation of the situation of the unpredictable of extreme climates and weather conditions in the book Plan I the climate, concluded that the development of a climate prediction system is necessary to be 100% effective, the factors to be considered are all the elements of the nature of the planet and the universe that surrounds it, allowed to allow us to predict atmospheric events, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and be used as a planetary simulator that will facilitate us to make simultations climatic in different situations to determine effective actions to the solution to climate change and manage natural resources for the sustainability of life on the planet.
