Some of the keys that in many cases can help you get out of this situation, and that can be beautiful and motivator that can be the outcome when this situation is overcome:
When your soul feels enclosed
And it doesn't want go to sunbathing
Neither breathing the morning air
When everything seems confusing
Hours don't wanna happen
clock seems to be stopped
If you take a step
you find the doors closed
When you look up at the sky
black clouds come to you.
You feel your heart in the jail
The world is falling on your head
You look up at the sky it’s still gray
And you become enraged
You are in the middle of the storm
It’s dragging you downstream
With love you can lift up
With love you can start walk
Who knows of your darkness
and stays by your side
Share your love with them
They ‘ll open windows so that light
comes inside your soul
And they’ll open doors
for you to choose your path
it will emerge the light

Small white clouds highlight blue sky

and makes flying your heart,
Blows strong from the rising sun
while drying all the tears
