Synopsis:

Alba and Nura are twin sisters. Even if they are only 6 years old, their life has not been precisely boring : they were born in Syria a few months before the start of the War and had to run away from it with their parents to India, where their mother, Elena, began to believe that something was not okay with them. They decided then to send the two girls to Spain so that they could live with their grandparents in better conditions.

The differences between Alba and Nura began to become more evident as they grew up, so the family decided to contact a specialist. Elena was not mistaken : Alba was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

This documentary film aims to treat Alba’s topic from a family’s point of view, as well as Alba’s own point of view, trying to enter an autistic mind in the most poetic and onirical way, approaching the beauty of innocent and dreamy thoughts that unfortunately are still not very well- accepted by society.
