Windows 8.1 ofrece la tradicional consola de PowerShell.
Pero adicionalmente, trae incluido el Script Browser for Windows PowerShell ISE como una opción más amigable para trabajar.
Solo tenemos que ir a Inicio, y escribimos powershell
Para nuestro ejercicio, en lugar de abrir la consola de PowerShell, trabajaremos con el Windows PowerShell ISE.
Al ejecutarlo de manera normal (click sobre el icono), se abrirá el Windows PowerShell ISE y observará el mensaje de que no podrá ejecutar scripts.
