RESUMEN
El presente proyecto está dirigido a dos colectivos diferentes, el primero de ellos, las mujeres víctimas de violencia de género, con las cuales los objetivos propuestos son ayudar a dichas mujeres a incrementar su nivel de autoestima y a que sean y se sientan autosuficientes para afrontar su situación y su futuro. El segundo grupo al que se le presta atención son los/as menores que experimentan y observan esta violencia en sus casas, con ellos/as se trabajarán la adquisición de técnicas y estrategias que les ayuden a solucionar sus problemas sin recurrir a la violencia. Para llevar a cabo el proyecto se han diseñado una serie de actividades de distinta índole según al grupo al que vayan dirigidas. Finalmente, existe un tercer bloque de actividades en el que se trabajará de manera conjunta con ambos grupos.
ABSTRACT
This project is intended for two different groups, the first which are the victims of gender violence with which the work objective are to help to increase their current self-esteem and to feel self-sufficient to face their situation and its future. The second group to pay attention to are the children who experience and watch this violence in their homes; the acquisition of techniques and strategies to help them solve their problems without resorting to violence will be work with them. To carry out the project, we have designed several activities of various kinds according to the group to which they are directed. Finally, there exists a third block of activities in which they will work jointly with both groups.
