El mundo parece haber olvidado su pasado y vive del presente, condenando su futuro a ser una repetición de su pasado. Las relaciones entre los descendientes de Abraham fueron esculpidas en piedra hace más de mil años. Esta en nosotros, el convertir el terror en esperanza, el miedo en fe, y el odio en armonía. Sólo a través de la comprensión se puede llegar al perdón. Esta novela echa un vistazo a esta psicodinamia patológica entre el Judaísmo, el Cristianismo y el Islam, y dentro del Cristianismo mismo: Católicos, Ortodoxos, Evangélicos y las misteriosas Iglesias Orientales, mientras resalta los valores de cada una de estas corrientes, haciendo un hincapié en la unidad de los evangélicos, el bagaje filosófico de los católicos, la fe de los musulmanes y la perdurabilidad bíblica de los judíos. Harto anacrónica, por momentos el lector puede sentirse menguar en un rosario concatenado de Capítulos que le pueden parecer ajenos, repartidos en Partes de estilos disímiles; pero es la belleza de su prosa, que raya, en ocasiones, con el verso, la llamada a obrar el milagro de conducir al lector, si él así lo permite, a sus propias conclusiones teosóficas.
The world seems to have forgotten its past, condemning its future to become its past. The relationships between the descendants of Abraham were carved in stone more than one thousand years ago. Its in us, to transform terror into hope, fear into faith and hate into harmony. Only through comprehension forgiveness can be achieved. This novel takes a glimpse at the pathologic psycodinamics between Judaism, Christianism and Islam, and among Christians itself: Roman Catholic Creed, Eastern Orthodox Church, Evangelicalism and the Mysterious Church of the East; while highlighting the strength of the evangelical, the philosophic background of the catholic, the faith of the muslim and the biblical perdurability of the jewish. So anachronic that the reader may feel near to dismay in its string of concatenated Chapters disposed in Parts of quite different style; but it’s the beauty of its prose, that in certain occasion is more like verse, is the one that must perform the miracle to lead the reader, if he let it so, to his own theosophic conclusions.
