Atlas de luz es un proyecto pictórico de abstracción donde el panteón grecorromano emerge no a
través de figuras, sino mediante constelaciones de líneas entrecruzadas. Todas las obras comparten
un elemento común: trazos dorados que serpentean y tejen la composición. El oro funciona como el
hilo conductor de la mitología: la energía sagrada que cruza épocas, dioses y relatos. Sobre ese
entramado luminoso, cada obra adopta un color dominante distinto para encarnar la personalidad,
los dominios y los mitos de un dios específico.
Hades
Es el dios y rey del Inframundo en la mitología griega: no se encarga de “matar”, sino de gobernar a los muertos y mantener el orden de su reino. También se asocia a las riquezas bajo tierra (metales y gemas), por eso a veces se vincula con Ploutón (“riqueza”). Se le describe como una figura seria, reservada e inflexible, más autoridad que violencia.
Sus símbolos más comunes son el bidente (como cetro), el casco de invisibilidad y, en algunas representaciones, llaves del Inframundo. Está ligado a Cerbero, el perro que vigila la entrada, y a los ríos del inframundo como el Estigia. Es hermano de Zeus y Poseidón y esposo de Perséfone; y, aunque se le teme, no es un “diablo”, sino un soberano inevitable del más allá.

Atlas of light is a pictorial project of abstraction where the Greco-Roman pantheon emerges not only
through figures, but through constellations of crisscrossing lines. All works share
a common element: golden strokes that meander and weave the composition. Gold works like
common thread of mythology: the sacred energy that crosses eras, gods and stories. About that
luminous framework, each work adopts a different dominant color to embody the personality,
the domains and myths of a specific god.
Hades
Is the god and king of the Underworld in Greek mythology: he is not responsible for “killing”, but rather for ruling over the dead and maintaining order within his realm. He is also associated with the riches beneath the earth (metals and gemstones), which is why he is sometimes linked with Plouton (“wealth”). He is portrayed as serious, reserved, and unyielding, embodying authority more than violence.
His most common symbols include the bident (as a sign of sovereignty), the Helm of Invisibility, and, in some depictions, keys to the Underworld. He is closely connected with Cerberus, the dog who guards the entrance, and with underworld rivers such as the Styx. He is the brother of Zeus and Poseidon and the husband of Persephone; and although he is feared, he is not a “devil”, but an inevitable sovereign of the realm beyond.
