This work develops the theoretical and philosophical dimension of the Law of Rhythmic–Energetic Coherence (E ⊥ R ⇒ H), formulated by Manuel Cuiña Piñeiro as a universal principle of self-organization in open systems.
It expands upon the author’s three previous studies, addressing the relationship between energy and rhythm as the structural condition of coherence and form in matter, life, and psyche.
By integrating physics, biology, psychology, and information theory, the paper proposes a transdisciplinary model in which stability and emergence arise when flow and modulation remain orthogonal.
The law is interpreted as a structural pattern applicable to both physical and symbolic phenomena, restoring the link between the measurable and the meaningful.
This essay completes the foundational corpus of the theory, unifying its ontological, epistemological, and symbolic dimensions under a single formula of coherence.
