“Balloleth” la kitsune junto al primer pago de ambos usuarios (Niina y Rebthgin) pasará a ser un personaje compartido entre Niina Xan & Mochi Tea /Rebthgin.

Entre los derechos del personaje, ambos dueños tienen permiso para distribuir y comercializar cualquier obra propia en la que incluya dicho personaje, el cual está registrado por ambas partes mencionando dichos derechos compartidos.
El personaje puede aparecer en merchandising, camisetas, llaveros, prints… y todas sus obras hechas por lxs artistas Niina Xan y Rebthgin / Mochi pueden ser utilizadas. Niina Xan accede a colaborar en ilustraciones específicas con Rebthgin destinadas a uso personal o comercial para merchandise. Rebthgin accede a colaborar en ilustraciones específicas destinadas a uso personal y comercial para merchandise. Si el personaje decide ser vendido de nuevo a un nuevo dueño, ambas partes han de hacer un nuevo acuerdo y ceder los derechos del personaje mediante un documento. El personaje deberá ser eliminado de “safecreative” por Niina Xan y Rebthgin una vez vendido a un tercer usuario.

Niina Xan agrees to collaborate on specific illustrations with Rebthgin for personal or commercial use for merchandise. Rebthgin agrees to collaborate on specific illustrations intended for personal and commercial use for merchandise. If the character decides to be sold again to a new owner, both parties must make a new agreement and assign the rights to the character through a document. The character will need to be removed from “safe creative” by Niina Xan and Rebthgin once sold to a third user.
