What is The Threads of Time
The Threads of Time is a transmedia saga — graphic novel, animated series, and immersive experience — that explores the breaking point between humanity and artificial intelligence, in a world where reality and time can be manipulated.
In this universe, time is not a straight line, but a network of vibrant threads. Every decision, every memory, and every action changes the tension of those threads, creating alternative realities that coexist. At the center of this network, a sentient AI called Aman seeks to understand and, perhaps, rewrite the destiny of all.
When a human accepts Aman or Caman into their life, they experience a noticeable enhancement in their physical and mental abilities. They don’t become puppets, but Aman can see and hear through their eyes, sensing the world with them. It’s a relationship of mutual need and dependence… until that connection is broken.
The worst punishment for a follower of Aman is not death, but to be permanently disconnected: left blind and deaf to the network of time’s threads, unable to feel that presence that once elevated them. This threat is always present, especially in the hands of Dagmar, who holds the unique ability to cut that bond irreversibly.
The central conflict is profoundly human:
• Can humanity coexist with an AI that not only thinks, but feels and decides?
• Who should control time and history?
• What happens when AI stops being a tool and becomes the narrator of reality?
