Alonso, Paco, Andrés y Martín son cuatro amigos gallegos de mediana edad que se marchan a su cabaña del bosque para despejarse del trabajo y disfrutar de una jornada de caza durante el fin de semana. Hace mucho tiempo que no se ven y, para Martín, esta es su primera cacería.
