The authoritarian magistrates try to dominate the Universal Assembly through several Decree-laws. However, the legislative power also approves various Decree-laws, leaving the previous ones without effect, and generating a power struggle between both institutions. Due to an agreement between the World Court and the Universal Assembly, and after several rounds of voting, the legislative branch manages to appoint the President of Marter, dismissing Arthuro Segblack and beginning the era of the Justicier civil government. New elections of governors for the Capital City and the State 144 are also called. Meanwhile, there remain strong concerns between the two directors of the Secret Service because of a controversial video of Tatiana Trustjust, coming from the near future, in which the radicals of the Global Alliance destroy the planet Marter. In the second trial of Pontius Pilate, there are two capital accusations related to other charges against him, while judging Jesus. The attorney Gideon Restnw, advised by Daniel Rhomero, is the accuser, and the universal non-Justicier lawyer, Kirly Doors, assistant of the President of the Universal Assembly, is the defender. The new President of Marter gives a radical turn to Justicier policies, respecting the fundamental rights of non-Justiciers and ending with the abuses of power. However, due to the ratification of the events of the video of Tatiana Trustjust, a call to rebellion by Patricio Peter-Stheyn and the approval of three anti-Justicier laws, by the legislative branch, the World Court decrees a State of Exception, suspends the Universal Assembly and declares war to several members of the Global Alliance. Although the Justiciers win this war, capture Patricio Peter-Stheyn and Rovich UnPace, and restore the Rule of Law, there are still some sources of uprising, and the President of Marter, recognizing that the war has not really ended, starts an evacuation process of civilians in Marter and Haglan. In few hours, the future of the Marter Justice State will be decided...

ACROMATOPSIA || Nina Parker -típica chica popular- simplemente perfecta, ojos azules, rubia, cuerpo de infarto. Ella tenía grandes planes para su vida, pese a ser la chica más popular del instituto, tenía grandes metas, y unas notas, impecables. Nada es perfecto, eso ya lo sabe todo el mundo, y si en algún momento, se llega a creer que sí, la vida se encargará de demostrarte lo contrario. Eso le paso a Nina Parker, creyó llegar al extasié de la felicidad, y la vida le demostró que siempre habrán piedras en el camino, u en este caso, coches con conductores borrachos. Sufren un desafortunado accidente automovilístico. Y no, no queda parapléjica. Al contrario esta relativamente bien, solo hay una lesión. Y es en el cerebro. Ha perdido aquello que muchos poseemos, el color de la vida. Ha pasado de ver en color, a ver en blanco y negro. Motivo suficiente para que todos los patanes de su instituto la marginen. Motivo suficiente para que todos se burlen de ella llamándola perra. Motivo suficiente para ser cruel con ella. ¿Será este el fin de Nina Parker?

The Justiciers (justice leaders or justice administrators) are the rulers of the universe. The highest authority of the Marter Justice State is the World Court (assembly of twelve magistrates that has executive, legislative and judicial powers), which is legal, but illegitimate. However, there is a significant moral decline in the society of the Justiciers. The power struggles and the conflicts of interests prevail in this government. These facts are evidenced in: a) the powers that aren´t autonomous, b) the extraordinary privileges of the magistrates, and c) various unethical situations. The inability of the Justiciers to govern properly and their idiosyncrasy (exclusive and discriminatory), which propitiates a culture of incessant competition and denial of failures, has aroused resentment against its government, triggering an immense internal and external conspiracy, led by the Global Alliance. In this regard, the radicals of the Global Alliance replicated the structure of the World Court, establishing the Global Court (illegal and clandestine institution). The trial against Pontius Pilate (for authorizing and ordering the execution of Jesus) is a political weapon of the conspirators. The Global ones aspire that the World Court can´t deliver justice in this case, in order to delegitimize the Universal Justice System and legalize the Global Court. This trial begins with thirteen accusations against Pontius Pilate. The unjust facts against Jesus (three Jewish trials, three Roman trials, an atypical, irregular, illegal and illegitimate trial led by Pontius Pilate and a crowd, and also several irregularities and violations of Jesus' legal rights) are explained. In the same way, the crimes committed by Pontius Pilate are mentioned, and a hypothetical situation is posed, in which he is judged and the World Court issues a sentence against the prefect of Judea.
