This document presents a comprehensive theoretical and practical framework for the Machine-Human Interface (MHI), a novel paradigm that redefines industrial interaction by enabling machines to proactively interpret human context and initiate communication. Bridging concepts from ergonomics, AI, and smart manufacturing, MHI integrates wearable technologies, contextual sensors, and adaptive interfaces to optimize safety, efficiency, and human-centered automation in Industry 4.0 environments. The paper includes technical references, implementation scenarios, and a comparative analysis with traditional Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
