EuskalTeam es un concurso de entretenimiento para televisión. Llega el verano y nos recorremos todos los pueblos vecinos en busca de buenos momentos con nuestra cuadrilla. En este concurso, las cuadrillas compiten para convertirse en la EuskalTeam, la mejor cuadrilla de toda Euskal Herria. ¿8 personas sobre una tabla de paddle surf por la ría de Bilbao? ¿Personas buscando por las calles de Donosti ingredientes para hacer un pintxo? ¿Una carrera de balandros por el puerto de Santurtzi? ¿Una cuadrilla intentando alcanzar la punta de la cucaña en Vitoria? Los cuadrilleros de los pueblos de Bizkaia, Gipuzkoa, Araba y Navarra se acercarán a las fiestas de los pueblos y allí participarán en pruebas llenas de esfuerzo y humor con el objetivo de coronarse vencedora. Pero el programa no sólo se limita a las pruebas entre cuadrillas. En cada capítulo será la presentadora quien nos conduzca por estos pueblos, presentándonos pequeños reportajes sobre sus fiestas y entrevistando a los habitantes sobre sus impresiones de cara a la competición y sobre el propio pueblo. Además, las cuadrillas necesitan de la ayuda y participación de la gente del pueblo para poder clasificarse y escapar de las fases eliminatorias. Bailarán con ellos, les pedirán favores e incluso los propios vecinos retarán a los cuadrilleros. En EuskalTeam pueblos y cuadrillas se unen por un bien común. Cada semana, durante 50 minutos, el concurso atrapará a los espectadores en una competición llena de juegos, entrevistas, humor, pruebas y sobre todo, mucho, mucho buen rollo.
