El difícil oficio de la albañilería… ¿Qué pasa con las mujeres solas? ¿Que sucede con ellas cuando contratan un albañil? Mucha gente que tiene ese oficio es porque no tiene estudios lamentablemente y su grado de cordialidad es muy rasposo o de pocas palabras… cortas. Aunado a un arraigado machismo instituido en nuestra cultura. Entonces contratar un albañil es un ponerse uno en riesgo en varios aspectos: dejar entrar a la privacidad de tu hogar, los horarios, las rutinas, los gustos y conocer un poco de tí... sí, inconscientemente o sin proponértelo estas entregando a un desconocido en bandeja “información”. Y puede que el desconocido sea cortes y no un patán o charlatan por sacarte dinero y salgas avante ante la peripecia acaecida en tu casa. 
 Pero, ¿que pasa con los albañiles que contratas unas 2 o 3 veces? y en algún momento te encuentras envuelto en un manto de vulnerabilidad por cuestiones diversas en las que no te encontrabas cuando solicitaste sus servicios por primera vez. ¿Existe el profesionalismo? Es decir ver el grado de ayuda que necesitas y ser consciente y trabajar por ayudar y no sacar un dinero extra u otro beneficio. ¿Podrá persistir la ética profesional? ¿No abusar de las circunstancias? ¿Ser benevolente? 
 Ese es el dilema que pasa todos los días en muchas casas… con tu padre, con tu hermano, tu abuelo. Una violación por el grado de confianza que existe y por el miedo a denunciar. Es mi hermano, es mi tío, es mi sobrino… como lo puedo ventilar así. Y así pasan cosas… en este caso también “el albañil”.  
 ¿Me he preguntado cuantos casos de violaciones en Mexico no serán por un albañil o por un prestador de servicios de casa…? Por dar acceso a tu privacidad. 
 ¿Cuantas mujeres no hemos sido acosadas por un albañil y que hemos tenido que hacer para hacer valer nuestros derechos ante una falta de respeto o una continua mala interpretación porque las mujeres somos más empáticas y ellos lo “mal interpretan”. ¿Cuántas veces hemos tenido que acudir por ayuda con algún vecino o amiga? O simplemente hemos tenido que tomar el toro por los cuernos y poner un alto ante un acto de falta de respeto por abuso de confianza.  
 Faltan muchas cosas en México y en el mundo… pero la albañilería es un oficio tan viejo como la prostitución o van de la mano. ¿Y que tan reglamentado esta? Es más reglamentado en nuestros días la prostitución por el simple hecho del derroche económico que conlleva, con todo el dolor de mi corazón que cuesta decirlo… que un albañil o ñero como vulgarmente dicen que también tiene un derroche económico, pero que por mantenerlos felices o contentos a ellos, lo hacemos permisivo y hasta de burla en el día de la “Santa Cruz” ¡y vaya Cruz! Un tema tabú y muy pocas veces tirado al ruedo de las leyes porque seguimos siendo vulnerables las mujeres y porque como son hombres hay que mantenerlos contentos como si uno fuera el bufón de serie o amuleto en su galería de trofeos.
