This document presents the foundational theoretical formulation of the Law of Rhythmic–Energetic Mediation (LREM). It defines coherence (H) as the product of the interaction between energy (E) and rhythm (R), modulated by their relative phase difference. The law is expressed in three mathematically equivalent forms—instantaneous, temporal, and discrete—allowing empirical verification across physiological, psychological, and collective systems.
This work establishes the conceptual and mathematical basis of a universal coupling principle linking dynamics of energy and rhythm, applicable from individual psychophysiological processes to collective synchronization phenomena.
