   Algunas ocasiones en tu vida, tienes que parar para regresar con más fuerzas. Ya lo dijo Carlos Ávila, dar un paso atrás para dar tres hacia delante. Eso es lo que acaba de hacer Nestor Raprock o Paco Roijalambre o Néstor a secas. Necesitaba frenar tras un aluvión bastante negativo de situaciones desagradables. Pero lo importante es que ahora tú puedes estar en la piscina mientras yo te repaso algunas de las cosas que no te puedes perder.    Y nos vamos de nuevo volando de la mano de La Madr
