Base de datos trilingüe español, inglés y chino sobre terminología del aceite de oliva (Proyecto Olivaterm) Partiendo de una base de datos relacional en lenguaje SQL, la información se divide en diferentes tablas: lemas, definiciones, sinónimos, antónimos, información gramatical, iniciales, grupos, etiquetas. Todas las tablas tienen información en español, inglés y chino. Con sus respectivas relaciones N..1, 1..N, 1..1 o N..N que permiten definir de manera precisa y en cualquiera de los idiomas cada una de las definiciones completas, es decir, con toda la información, a partir del lema. Se guarda también una tabla con usuarios con diferentes roles dependiendo de su función en el equipo: administrador, usuario o visualizador. De manera que el administrador es único teniendo acceso completo a la base de datos; el usuario puede insertar, modificar o eliminar información de la base de datos y el visualizador solamente puede ver la información almacenada. Para gestionar toda la información se desarrolló una aplicación basada en web tipo "Gestor terminológico" en el que, dependiendo del usuario que esté logueado, este puede insertar su información de manera que cualquier persona del equipo con rol de usuario puede actualizar y consultar la información y cualquier usuario de tipo visualizador puede consultar la información en la base de datos sin necesidad de tener ningún conocimiento de informática o del lenguaje utilizado (SQL), solamente es necesario acceder a una página web pública (alojada en un servidor). La ventaja fundamental de este medio es la consulta y rápida búsqueda de información, además de la navegabilidad no solamente entre definiciones sino entre idiomas, ya que dicha página web consulta la base de datos permitiendo filtrar y navegar por cualquier término que se encuentre en el lema, en la definición, en el sinónimo, en el antónimo o en las iniciales.
