In short, those who ask the question “how did we get here?” It questions the transition, mediated by sociocultural change, between one social order and a different one that succeeds it in time. This book explores the causes that drove the cultural changes produced during the 20th century and the effects that these changes brought about on the psychosocial conditions of our time.
