COVID and CARE es una app móvil que se empleará como herramienta en el seguimiento de los pacientes de COVID-19 tras el alta, ayudando a seleccionar aquellos que requieren contacto sanitario más temprano dado su estado clínico. La aplicación móvil tiene como características la sencillez visual y el fácil manejo de la misma. Durante el registro inicial se tiene en cuenta si el paciente ha necesitado estancia en UCI, sexo, edad, así como la disponibilidad o no de pulsioxímetro en casa. A través de la aplicación recibirá dos veces al día (mañana y tarde) una alerta en su dispositivo, abriéndose así un breve cuestionario de 5 preguntas con respuestas determinadas sobre su estado clínico actual.
